Chromatisch Atelier
voor textiel en surface design
Kleur is het verbindende element in mijn werk, verweven in elk ontwerp, concept en experiment.
Met een achtergrond in communicatie, mode en meer dan een decennium in textiel, gebruik ik kleur om mensen, verhalen en materialen op betekenisvolle en expressieve manieren met elkaar te verbinden. Ik verleg de grenzen van kleurtoepassingen, van traditionele methoden tot biodesign, door middel van pigmentexperimenten die een balans vinden tussen artisticiteit, duurzaamheid en betekenis.
Mijn ontwerpen onderzoeken de culturele, sociale en ecologische dimensies van textiel, waarbij ik kleurverhalen vermeng met verfijnde texturen, materialen en patronen. Het is een taal van harmonie en levendigheid, waar abstracte vormen samenkomen met grafische helderheid.
