Chromatisch Atelier
voor textiel en surface design
Kleur is het verbindende element in mijn werk, verweven in elk ontwerp, concept en experiment. Met een achtergrond in communicatie, mode en meer dan 10 jaar in textiel, benader ik kleur als een instrument om mensen, verhalen en materialen met elkaar te verbinden op manieren die zowel betekenisvol als expressief zijn. Ik verleg de grenzen van kleurtoepassingen, van traditionele methoden tot biodesign.
Mijn ontwerpen zijn gebaseerd op de culturele, sociale en ecologische dimensies van textiel en creëren kleurverhalen die zich vermengen met texturen, materialen en patronen. Het is een taal van harmonie en levendigheid, waar abstracte vormen samenkomen met grafische helderheid.
Naast mijn chromatisch onderzoek werk ik nauw samen met merken aan textiel, dessins en materiaalconcepten die nieuwsgierigheid wekken, een blijvende indruk achterlaten en uitnodigen tot een diepere verbinding met design. Gedreven door kleur als transformerende kracht experimenteer ik met pigment in de breedste zin, balancerend tussen kunstenaarschap, duurzaamheid en betekenisvol design.
